THA Report Distributor

THA’s Report Distributor provides a tool for producing tabulated and graphical presentation of health-based data. Through a series of drop-down boxes, the user makes selections which display various graphs and tables specific to the user's facility.

You may enter the site and use the tool by completing a user name and password. Access is restricted to registered users. Please contact Jennifer McIntosh to request a user name and password. Your comments and suggestions about the tool are welcomed.
